Residential Construction Remodeler

  • A field-based role suited for experienced remodelers with a strong work ethic and solid communication skills

  • Deconstruction of existing kitchen and bathroom spaces, assisting in installing large format shower wall panels, light framing, drywall repairs, flooring, tiling, cabinetry installation and finish work.

  • Requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively in a professional, customer-focused environment

  • Involves managing on-site projects, communicating with clients, coordinating with the office team, and mentoring crew members

  • Requires working with finished materials and high-value installations, demanding a high degree of precision, professionalism, and foresight
